These Terms of Use set out the conditions on which you may use hyrecrestly.com. By using the site you accept these terms.
The site is operated by HyreCrest, which serves applicants resident in Australia. Contact: careers@hyrecrestly.com, Monday to Saturday, 9am to 7pm AEST. References to "HyreCrest", "we", "us" and "our" mean the operator of the site.
In these terms: "Opening" means a position advertised on the site; "Employer" means the business offering an Opening; "Applicant" means a person who submits the application form; and "Referral" means the provision of an Applicant's details to the Employer selected by that Applicant.
HyreCrest advertises Openings, receives applications and makes Referrals. HyreCrest is not the employer of any Applicant. Submitting an application does not create a contract of employment, an agency or any other engagement between you and HyreCrest. Any arrangement that follows a Referral is between you and the Employer.
Openings are prepared from information provided by Employers at the time of publication. Employers may fill, vary or withdraw an Opening without prior notice to HyreCrest. HyreCrest does not warrant that an Opening remains available, and a Referral does not constitute an offer of work.
To apply, complete the form and then send the WhatsApp message that is prepared for you. An application is incomplete until the message is sent. If you are unable to use WhatsApp, you may apply by email to careers@hyrecrestly.com.
HyreCrest does not require or accept payment from Applicants. HyreCrest does not sell starter kits, collect deposits, sell credits or coins, charge for access to an Opening, or require any payment for wages to be released. Any such request made in HyreCrest's name is unauthorised and should be reported.
Remuneration, payment timing and hours are determined by the Employer. Before commencing work, you should obtain written confirmation from the Employer of its legal name, the nature of the work, the rate, the expected hours and the payment schedule. You should not rely on verbal statements or on any summary provided by HyreCrest.
If an advertisement for HyreCrest differs from the content of this site, please notify us and the inaccurate material will be corrected. A general statement in these terms does not override a specific representation in an advertisement.
The Privacy Policy describes how personal information is handled. By submitting the form you acknowledge that your information will be held for the purposes described in it and provided to the Employer you selected.
You must not submit information about another person without consent, provide false information, attempt unauthorised access to or interference with the site, extract its content by automated means, or use the site to promote your own goods or services. HyreCrest may decline to process applications that breach this clause.
Content, design, images and code on the site are owned by or licensed to HyreCrest. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Reproduction, republication or the creation of a derivative site is prohibited. You retain ownership of information you submit and permit HyreCrest to use it solely for the purpose of making a Referral.
The form is provided by WhatsForm, messaging by WhatsApp, and hosting and email forwarding by Cloudflare. Those services are subject to their own terms, and HyreCrest does not control their availability.
Access to the site may be restricted from certain countries. HyreCrest may add or remove restrictions at any time.
HyreCrest does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The site may be unavailable due to maintenance, provider incidents or events beyond HyreCrest's control.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or any other legislation that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where a provision is inconsistent with such a right, the right prevails and the remaining provisions continue to operate.
Subject to the preceding clause, HyreCrest is not liable for any Employer's hiring decisions or conduct, for wages paid or withheld by an Employer, or for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of income or opportunity. HyreCrest remains responsible for its own conduct.
HyreCrest will correct inaccurate or outdated content brought to its attention.
You agree to provide accurate information, to be candid with Employers about your availability, and to notify HyreCrest of any relevant change in your circumstances.
Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including network failures, acts of government or natural events.
If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, it is severed and the remaining provisions remain in effect.
These terms, the Privacy Policy and the Compliance Notice constitute the entire agreement between you and HyreCrest concerning the site.
These terms are governed by the laws in force in Australia. You may bring proceedings in the courts of the Australian state or territory in which you reside.
Use of the application form is limited to persons aged eighteen or over who are resident in Australia. Submission of the form constitutes confirmation of eligibility.
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only. HyreCrest is not responsible for the content or practices of linked websites.
A delay or failure by HyreCrest in enforcing any provision of these terms does not waive HyreCrest's right to enforce it later.
Notices must be sent to careers@hyrecrestly.com and are deemed received on the next business day. HyreCrest may amend these terms; the version published at the time of your use applies, and the date above records the most recent amendment.
